We originally confined ourselves to only render legal services in the course of technology transfers (legal and tax due diligence, share and company asset purchase agreements, licensing, joint venture contracts, etc.). However, we were increasingly requested to extend our services to evaluate business opportunities and technologies from the standpoint of an objective observer, without vested interest.
Indeed, there is an abundance of issues / problems requesting business orientated solutions as well as a wealth of technological possibilities to be aligned. Germany creates an over production of advanced technology and high-tech products, making it the world´s No 1 exporter in that field. However, only a fraction of even excellent developments of technology reaches the stage of industrial production.
We have been increasingly supporting clients in structuring business approaches and screening technology, resp. companies with technology or technology development capability, worthwhile to be considered and also in the subsequent issues to be dealt with in the course of technology transfer.
It therefore became necessary to engage an increasing number of specialists for the various relevant issues with respect to the various technologies being transferred. We extended our network and refined mechanisms to assemble, lead and monitor multidisciplinary task forces.
In order to streamline the process of technology transfer we decided to concentrate this endeavour in a separate legal entity, namely the re:invent AG.

www.vkdp.net ), has been dealing with technology transfer for more than twenty years. As a CEO of the re:invent AG he leads this endeavour together with the executive directors of re:invent AG´s executive board and re:invent AG´s network of specialists.
re:invent AG sees its priority in dealing with issues contributing to the solution of social problems (e.g. water, energy, environmental protection, communication).
